Its Indonesian parent company, PT. Berlina Tbk (from DSU group) , is a public listed holding company spesialising in plastic packaging products. The company offers a complete service from design to mould making and plastics containers making. Pt berlina Tbk was incorporated in 1969. Starting out with only a single Blow moulding machine in its first year, the company expanded to become a major manufacturer of rigid plastic containers and closures. Its major customers are Unilever, Avon , Agip, Kao, L'Oreal, Sara Lee, and etc.

Shanghai Paragon Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd( a wholly owned company with foreign investment) was established in October 2002 to create and supply packaging for Unilever China .

The company's in-plant facility in HeFei , HeFei Paragon Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd supplies Unilever with plastic bottles for packaging. This contracted co-operation has effectively reduced transport and packaging costs. The company looks forward to develop similar cost effective and mutually beneficial co-operation with new partners in the near future.

Production Capacity
 
HeFei Paragon Plastic Co., Ltd employs Hesta and Magic blow-moulding machines. Omso screen printing machines, labeling machines&hot-stamping machine serves decoration requirements,capable of producing bottles with capacities between 100 and 4000 ml. For example, daily production capacity of one Hesta machine is 120,000 bottles ( 200 ml ), while total capacity is ten million pcs bottles monthly, 3000Ton yearly.
